Crime prevention management is the knowledge to formulate and formulate scientific policies and guidelines in relation to crime prevention and reduction. The aim of this study is to identify the dimensions and components affecting maritime crime prevention management in southern Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of implementation, it is in the form of descriptive survey research. The statistical population of the study consists of university faculty members and law enforcement personnel. Considering the purpose of the research, sampling for this research was purposeful and performed by the method of chain or snowball with a sample size of 21 people. Delphi-fuzzy method and Excel and Spss software have also been used to analyze the collected data. The results show that among the 154 primary indicators that were identified by library study and interview method and classified into 3 dimensions and 18 components with the opinions of experts and using Delphi-fuzzy method, finally 67 indicators were selected and in 4 Dimensions and 18 components were categorized as the most important indicators among the selected indicators, close monitoring of the entry and exit of goods, development and strengthening of electronic and optical naval equipment, organization of unauthorized and unidentified vessels. And indicators, providing livelihoods of employees effective in the prevention of maritime crimes, allocating fuel quotas only to vessels with floating trackers, public education on common maritime crimes and the negative effects and consequences of occurrence with mass media such as radio and television, base News, press, education (schools), as the least important indicators, and among the components: supervision, economic and social have the highest score and among the dimensions The environment dimension is the most important dimension known.
