Background and Aim: Nowadays, the training of staff in all organizations and institutions has a special place and border training, according to the nature and nature of the Navy Border Command, has special scientific and skill features. Also, experienced and experienced teaching staff plays a significant role in completing the learning process and success of operational units. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of scientific and skill training on the performance of Navajo Border Command staff.Method: This research is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population consists of all Naja Border Command staff members, 370 of whom were selected as the sample size using stratified random sampling method and Cochran formula. The tool used in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 30 questions in three categories: Response, Learning, Behavior (Behavior Change), which is measured in Likert's 5th option and has a 95% credit factor.Findings and Results: To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire, a t-test, single-group t-test, independent groups and one-way analysis of variance were used. Finally, data analysis has shown that the effect of education of faculty of science and technology on employees' performance based on the Kirk Patrick model It is above average and has a high impact.The findings of the present study suggest that border education training providers should avoid paying for the theoretical bases of the lessons and implement their training in the real environment, similar to the operational areas and mission locations, this requires some specific requirements and mechanisms. On the other hand, it requires comprehensive material and spiritual support and support for the operator category (NAJA Border Command).
