The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence of students and staff is performing their border. The research method used is descriptive correlation. Based on the hypothesis of the study to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and the intelligence of the border with the performance of students College Science and Technology ( the University of Police) as well as to examine the relationship between demographic variables (gender, age and education) with the emotional intelligence and the intelligence will pay,
Among the factors that emotional intelligence (emotional awareness, emotional control, facilitate emotional and emotional perception), of emotional control is of the utmost importance and advantage. Standard with the whole five points Likert questionnaire to collect information used. Reliability using Cronbach alpha (EI = 874/0 and 919/0 = student's performance) was approved.
