Understanding and implementation of each factor in the performance of border staff can effect on how to manage organizational and expectations of managers of a series of strong under their control. One of the main tasks and vital in every organization staff training as have employees of one of the most important factors in athletic performance and you work is the border staff as valuable, human resources must be equipped with training for upgrading the efficiency of the necessary and awaited organization. The people due to the kind of mission, competencies and his merits only if it well will carry out proper training and needed strengthen bases, positive and effective and reduce the factors of decreasing education organizational objectives of the expected border, more accessible and management on this part of the organization will become more of the present study, with the aim of determining the impact on the quality of education commanders command staff missions border province Ardabil (Hong of baying of Islamabad and warm) in the 1392 and 1393 survey method for the 70 people of the officers of the bark of Islamabad ad warm, that in order to study the effectiveness of specialized training for the protection of the rights of employers on the border, to prevent people from entering and exiting the smuggling and to prevent unauthorized entry and exit and also on preserving the independence and territorial in integrity of the country through questionnaire offer the required information and necessary.
